Is this a seal? I checked what headset it should be on the website but couldn't find the exact part. If so, can I just buy it separately and replace it or do I need a new headset?

Unless someone here has a part number I’d just spend $20 on a new headset
that’s the infamous canyon plastic headset part that commonly fails. buy a new 3rd party headset and consider yourself lucky
I would stay away from acros headsets. They are made of plastic where other manufacturers use metal. I just use cane creek nowadays. They hold a lot longer at a bit of a higher price.
