The Tour de France isn’t always about winning – sometimes it’s just a battle for survival!
An incredible moment – Fabio Jakobsen had to give absolutely everything just to make the time cut and stay in the race!

Surely bring back robbie
Very impressive ! Possibly more impressive than the drug addicts fighting for the yellowjersey.
Beautiful! The mentality of a true athlete.
That's why we love sports.
What is the music in backround?
I don't know, why he didn't get a bus.
That looked really energy sapping for him. He was completely spent after that stage. Well done sir!!!
One stage win from Jacobsen, you got to ask, what would Cav have done?
Her pronunciation of Nyborg was really good, that caught me off guard
We have to see more like this on TV! The battle of the Grupetto is what we want so see!
Kudos to the crowd that stayed 35 minutes after the stage winner to encourage the last rider.
Because in cycling you can have favourites but you usually support everyone in their fatigue
…why did you think that this very memorable moment would be improved by the addition terrible generic garbage music?
Oh man that gets the water going! 😭😭😭 Such a hard thing to do! I am so PROUD of him!!! That is the fighting spirit!!! 🫶🏻👏🫶🏻👏
Worst commentators I've ever heard.
I cried 😢everything time I see this
Sometimes the little story is the most compelling.
The fact the van says lastminute
Best placed advert ever……."Last Minute .Com" couldn't have asked for a better scene!
Let's not exaggerate. This is not on par with winning a tour stage, as the commentators said. He also didn't just make it by 12 seconds, as they said, but it was closer to 15-18 seconds.
Very moving. I'm glad he made it ❤
MAMMA MIA DEVASTANTE!
Why do you like cycling? This
❤
Anybody else revisit this after the 2025 Time Trial?
Algorithm sent me here three years later to tear up.
Most of the time the winners of stages like this get most of the credit and respect but actually it's guys like these that deserve even more. They suffer way harder and still make it
"He's still got Oat to come" … oh boy. Better not think of that just yet. 🙂
