I’ve have said it for years and I’ll say it again: Ultegra is bad value.
If you want top of the line road bike tech in Shimano and are on a budget, just get the 105. If you want to save weight, get Dura Ace and just skip Ultegra.
In my mind, Ultegra is just really expensive 105. Or, *slightly* cheaper Dura Ace.
I don’t like Ultegra.

In theory the lock ring and spacers are different materials which might add to the difference… Also hyperglide+ … if that makes a real difference I don’t know…
