This evil beauty’s fork got trashed by a car, which I drove into, by a car, a year back or so. It needs a new fork. And Headset is gone. I lost the original while attempting to fit a mismatched fork.
If anyone has an idea how to replace a 20 year old smolik Motivation fork plus the steering set please let me know.
Customer service is tough as nails as support is offered up to bikes from 2017 after that it gets rocky as hell.
Loved this bike, tore through the streets like a warm knife through butter but now… my oh so fun daily. lbs kinda nudged me away as canyon and carbon but still: it’s an awesome bike just needs a fork n steerer.
Anyone with ideas unto the how? If I only knew what to buy I’d be fine but now I’m just stuck…

For the Headset I would measure the inside diameters of the steerer tube, check if bottom one is tapered. Then ask ChatGPT what headset type your measurements fit.
When you found the correct headset I would go for a Aero bladed Aliexpress/China fork.
