New Shimano Di2 battery charging port broken on Endurace CF SLX

I just assembled my new Canyon Endurace CF SLX Di2 and when I went to charge the Di2 battery, I noticed that it wasn't holding properly and the blue light would turn off indicating that it was no longer charging. Once I disconnected the charging cord from the port, I noticed that part of the port broke off with the charging cord. Is this fixable or what shall I do from here? I am gutted and desperate. Thanks
