  1. IIRC derailleurs, I at least know Shimano ones seem to have the cage bending outwards so slightly by design to help with chain line. My 105 RD looks like that and it shifts fine.

  2. Looks like your frame is missing a derailleur hanger mount so this cheap derailleur is just clamped in the dropouts. That doesn’t work unless the frame was designed with flat, sliding dropouts that are not seen on disc brakes frames

  3. It’s obvious that the deralleur in the photo is not the correct one for that frame it’s not sitting correctly it’s visibly twisted so the whole thing will twist. Try fitting the type that should be there and it should resolve the issue.
