My next set of sample forks with some updates came in. I said I'd give away a second fork, and even though my costs went up significantly I want to stay true to my word. Same rules as last time. Here's my previous post:

I owe this sub a lot. I had lost my mind when I first found it, and you enabled me to rediscover my passion and purpose. Now I'm starting a new bike company called dvice bikes. I have two products, a fork and a rack. I'd like to give something small back after getting so much. But I need something in return. I'm offering a free 1 inch 26" prototype biplane cargo fork to one person who can do some testing for me, as well as marketing. I don't have social media for bipolar reasons. Please comment with a picture of the bike you want to put this fork on, and your socials. This is only for active members of the sub – no new accounts. Bonus points if you can pick the fork up in person in the bay area. I will select the person that suits me best. If you don't get this fork, don't be sad. I will be doing a giveaway for a 1 1/8 fork as well. A to C is 398mm and offset is 43mm. Thanks to all for everything you've done for me over the last 5 years.

  1. That fork is 100% rad! We need more 1″ disc forks in the world!

I detest social media, so I ain’t your person, but keep on doing what you’re doing.

  2. Can’t talk for the free fork, cause I’m not gonna lie about being present on social media and not in the USA. But still wanted to drop a comment to show support. This thing looks dope as fuck. Good job mate

  3. Commenting because I’d be very interested in the 1 1/8 fork

Good on you for doing this 🙌

I would dig this fork but I haven’t a clue what the measurements are for. I usually stick it in and see if it fits or wiggles around too much.

  5. I’m very interested and would love to get either the one inch or 1 1/8 Fork. But my guess would be that shipping to Germany may be too pricey?
Would love to Build a Karokaram GT Cargo /Bikepacking Bike with the 1 1/8.
Could also see myself putting the one inch on an old univega Frame.

I have a small YouTube channel I very infrequently post videos on. Probably not as much of an audience as you’re looking for, but I’d make a video on the fork for you!

  7. That bad boy is threaded or threadless?

I could do testing and whatever marketing help you need. Testing would be in the form of front rack loaded commuting on my 1986 Mongoose ATB 5 times a week through Los Angeles and some gravel riding on the weekends. The street roads are sometimes rougher than the dirt roads here. Also, the bike an is e-bike converted so a lot of 20 mph stress. I am planning on doing a solo over night trip in the Angeles national forest this fall. Only thing I can’t do is pick it up. If you find someone better suited or you don’t want it on an e-bike, no worries. I wish you luck.
