I really like my outer shell half frame bag. Actually, I like all of their bags!
I have their large size bag and can fit two bottles in the triangle of my 56cm gravel bike with a side loading king cage on the downtube for ease of bottle removal.
Just read you asked for custom, I would still check outer shell’s dimensions

As others have said, custom doesn’t seem necessary here. I’d bet there’s many off the shelf options that would work on your frame (custom is much more expensive and takes a while).

Any reputable custom maker will be good. I don’t think there’s any that are considered “best” unanimously.
Here are a few off the top of my head + the last two from a Google search:
– Andrew the Maker
– Rogue Panda
– Rockgeist
– San Util
– Cadaero
Any of the popular and smaller brands that don’t make custom bags will be good too. I have a revelate frame bag that I like. Swift Industries also makes a great one. Outershell makes some other fantastic bags.
