I think the Portuguese supporters might have been on the super box there. Theory me. Well, you could see the flag there, the way it was blowing in the wind. And you’re always concerned as a rider because if it just, you know, gets uh into your handlebars and you can just get taken down so easily and so quickly. And yeah, uh at this point in the race, it’s not surprised that I made it because, you know, you’re putting so much effort in. We see it all the time with these people running along with flags. It’s highly dangerous. Philly Pickering still going, still rocking from side to side, trying to chase Ser, but it looks as though they’re chasing him down. Look at this again. Pari on his wheel. Henley then Almeida. It’s red jersey vigor, the former Bua winner. Cus Richie still riding brilliantly. Pink is there, the man on the podium as well. And fifth place, Felix Ga hanging on. Around the quarter they come again. The ramp ramps up into double digits once more. The chase is on and Ji Hindley looks around, sees a little gap. Yes, he looks out there and is he going to make an attack here? Is he going to allow his teammate continue on? Uh he looks like he’s continuing on at a good pace here, but maybe Hiddley wants to just take it up at this time and really test the other riders into the final kilometer for Mark Sull. UAE have won six of the last eight stages today. At the start of the day, they promised us it was all for Joah Almeida. But Marair was given his chance in Bil Bao. A day when no stage win was possible because of the protest. Today he’s tried to take it. But behind his teammates there, he wants to take the VA. It’s all coming together and all bubbling up beautifully at the end of the stage to laora. Julio Pelari putting in a rider of the match performance. Here’s Ser and half of Portugal’s here. [Applause] So much passion and the finish line just about to come into sight now. Pickering will be caught. A reminder even if Suler survives there’ll be six and four bonus seconds on the finish. Yesterday it was bonus seconds that separated Almeida and Bingo. Four of them. Great ride from Finley Pickering. Surely he’s a star in the making. And here goes Jai Hindley. Hindley to attack. Can the rest respond? Pardi. So powerful. It’s Hindley. It’s Ala. And there is Yonas Vineor. All eyes now on Don Pitcock. Yes, we can see little gaps appearing there. Pitcock losing a little bit of ground here. We can see the movement on the bike. He is fighting to stay in the wheel of Pelazari. But Pelazari have done his pull here. So picked up now has to try and just limit the losses here. And we can see the other ones as well. Rishelo Gal all just fighting to stay in contact here. But uh look at Henley the way he’s putting on the pace here. It’s just the two best men in the race are just able to follow. This is J Hinley back in his prime. Think Pisaya and take it to La Farona. Clever stuff from P Zahi behind. He followed for a while and then pulled away when the gap was opening up. Pigot has a big job to do. Remember 42 seconds. Pickot defending on the podium to Hindley. And for now for Almeida and Vor they will follow. Almost 4 hours not quite been as full gas as on other days but there are reasons for that. It is of course El Dia des the day after the angled. That was hell. And once again, it’s going to be stage winning heaven, it seems, for Max. More questions will be asked. They will be talking about them. But again, in glowing terms, you can question the GC plan, but you cannot put any question mark near these numbers. Victory number 80 of this cycling season for UAE. They are five off the record. Six of the last eight is now going to be nine. Look at this. Incredible. Back to back to back to back. Connect four in a row. Verme now powering UA to the top. There’s nothing for Almeida. Or is there? Because he’s going to sprint. He’s looking for bonus seconds. Almeida’s there trying to come around. He won’t get to Suler, but he’s trying to stick it to Vingor again. It’s Almeida. It’s Vingor. They’re all on their knees. Sulair wins the stage. Almeida’s looking to take back another couple of seconds if he can. But here come Vigor around him. And it’ll be Yulis Vingor who sits two seconds in the Almea back. Second for him. Third for the Portuguese. A valiant attack from Hindley who’s going to take time back on Tom Pitcock. Pick survives on the podium for now, but Hindley is coming. So much happening towards the end on that stage. It is win number seven for UAE at this Bua. The 80th of the season, four for Ser in his career. Those are the numbers. There’ll be talk about the tactics. Plenty of talk too about pickering, but Sean Kelly, that was quite the entertaining finale. Well, what a final there. And what a final by Mark. the way he rode that final climb and uh you know just been out there all day and this difficult time headwind

How are the pali-nazi?
Bring back ITV Cycling.
vinggegook the greatest wheel sucker fishmonger !
Thanks for the spoiler in the title, TNT.
UAE has some great team doctors…
I feel sad for Ma boy almieda he needs to change a team coz uae they dont believe in him
This is the difference between Pog and Ving. Ving is just barely hanging on in every stage and can barely outsprint Almeida at the line for second place. Pog would have already won 5 stages and would have a double digit gap on Ving at this point. The big story is how badly UAE is crushing everyone instead of who is wearing the red jersey.
Team UAE simply dominates stage wins. If they can put together the overall standings, WOW would be epic.
Team Vista Focus , Red Jersey. Not Stages Win .
Is it me or this is really getting boring? 2of the best stages of the Vuelta and the most fun it provided was a dog tied to a chair and a Pidcock fighting for his life… 0 attacks from the favorites is BS racing
Cycling is a different kind of animal. They are ready to die for 4 seconds. Hats off to them
The UAE team easing the pace to let Soler win. Only wen RB takes the lead the gap drops.
UAE could have sweep all 3 grand tours this year. Bunch of clowns without Pogacar.
Uae, what a Comedy !
UAE are making a foool of every other team like I havent seen anytime before and they do it without Pogacar haha they are so superior its crazy
Vinego looked totally TOAST.!!!!!!
UAE… numero uno……….. KUDOS to them ALL…!!!! don't know what their plan is, but it seems to be working.. WOW.!!!!!!
Si Almeida fuera español…….Vamos João Almeida 💪👏🇵🇹
Is there a more boring rider than vingegaard?
hailey suck h
Two super teams, one ride as individuals for individual glory, one sell out for their team. When Visma top GC, coaches will use this is a lesson for their teams.
They should have a 'brown' jersey for most boring rider….award it to Jonas. Seems the guy is allergic to being out front. I know he is leading but man does not make for an interesting race.
Free Palestine from the aRats skim G 3we
Sad thing is that who ever wins this race only wins it because Pogacar is not there😣
Viva la vuelta España y viva Israel
Jonas is both brainy and brawny… only Pogacar can beat Jonas, and vice versa; the rest are pretenders, good for short races only.
"Soler powering UAE to the top!"
Nice one, Rob!!!😂👍
I don't think so that they are.. Trying to crack or whatever Jonas vingigaard… The reality of UAE is they were afraid of terminating there contract same as ayuso… That's why they showing there value to the team…
I don't understand how Mark Soler got a free ride, he should be supporting João Almeida! 😁👍
