I have just bought this Canyon Grand Canyon 6 and when I was mounting the shifter my screw started slipping and I couldn’t put the screw fully in!
I think I need to order a replacement part because the screw cannot be fixed now.
I just don’t know what pr where to search!
Any help would be so greatly appreciated!
My shifter is a Shimano DEORE XT M8100

If you have a LBS nearby, they might be able to assist. Otherwise Canyon service definitely will be able to let you know what bolt is required.
