Hey,
Just picked up my Canyon Endurace Allroad and I’ve gotta say – riding it feels absolutely amazing. But since the dry season is coming to an end, I’m thinking about upgrading the tires for something with a bit more grip.
The manufacturer lists 40 mm fork clearance, but I’m wondering – has anyone here gone bigger, and how did it work out?
Also, do you guys have any experience running a mixed tire setup? I’m thinking about something like:
- front – chunkier tread (e.g. Tufo Swampero, Pirelli Cinturato M)
- back – more speed-oriented (e.g. Tufo Thundero, Pirelli Cinturato H)
For context: my bike is size XL (2XL wasn’t available at launch). I’m 198 cm tall and honestly, XL feels like a perfect fit.
Any tips or tire setups you’d recommend for this bike?
P.S. Planning to remove the plastic guard soon.

Canyon’s endurance bike is called the **Endurace**.
