Maybe you can look up the serial number, the dura ace headset make me think it’s something high end

dig around here, just going by the knockouts in the dropouts it could be any of the International, Grand Prix, Record, Competition or Professional models.
Looks like a medium/high level frameset. 70km seems like a ways to go, unless it’s one hell of a price. or it’s exactly what you are looking for

If the frame fits you well it’s worth a look.
Looks like mid/late 80s. Nice lugs, good fork, and that Dura Ace headset speaks to a pretty high quality frameset. That’s a non-cartridge BB, which frankly I’d keep. Grease and adjust it once a year and it will last forever.
If it fits and the price is reasonable I’d be all over it.

Get the o.d. Measurements on the tubes. If it’s 27.2 it’s most likely Reynolds. If it’s your size I would definitely run over and pick it up.
