I went there last week and a small 1 bed apartment is €5m so you need much more than 500k – more like 500 million. It was a great trip though. Stayed in Nice at the the Hilton Double Tree and got train to Monaco and Cannes on 2 separate days – I did the bus tour as I don’t have 500 million lol. Nonetheless an unforgettable trip though – going back but to stay in Cannes as it’s much more reasonable

You have to have 500,000, Clean Criminal record and show that you have consistent income or passive income coming in as well. I live in between Chicago/Greece/Serbia, I have a trucking company in Chicago and my partner was not allowed to purchase a home due his criminal record in Monaco. He had a gun charge and aggravated assault charge. that's it and they said no.
