Well, the young American 19-year-old AJ August there in the red of Inos Grenadier is looking really good. I have to say Hutch, the green jersey is quite a long way down there. Roman Gregoire is drifted to the back of this group and he’s got to be careful. That’s the race leader in the green jersey. Ramco looks like he’s out for a Sunday club run, but he’s refusing to kind of hammer this one. He just keeps winding it, gradually winding it. Let’s look for the gaps. None just yet. Look at the green jersey right the way down at the back. He’s alongside Joe Blackmore about what third or fourth rider from last in this group. If a gap opens up in front of him, even if it’s five or six riders ahead, then Gregoire has got a massive task to get back on hands. There is a tiny gap between the back wheel of Reco and AJ August. August the 19year-old is on a really really good ride here just bringing it back up together. Julian Alfalipe right at the back. Has Bam Malo the little track rider in the middle of the frame at the minute. He’s been looking pretty comfortable too. And I wasn’t expecting to be talking about Bulk Alamar up the tumble today. No. Well, he’s looked really good all this week as well. Um, Julian Alifippe is right at the very back of this group. Now goes Civikov. Civ goes and it’s Oscar Onley who follows. This time Remco Evol swings out and looks to the others to come through as well. Onley following Civikov. Onley at the moment looking very good. He looks back to see what the gap is. Civikov was flying yesterday when we were on Sun Rising Hill coming into that closing circuit and they’re going clear at the moment and there’s that looking around going on back there. A lot of them will be looking at Remco Evnipol because they know how strong he’s looked. But the question is is he bluffing? I think if Remco Evanol could go with that, he would have done Hutch already. Remco Evo wanted somebody else to chase that down because Reapal wanted the opportunity to go second. But these guys in the meantime have opened up quite a healthy gap. That was nicely timed from Pavl Zikov. Just as we got onto the steeper bit of the climb and the pace came off, he went and he timed it perfectly. Alphonso Ulio is flying today. He’s looked good the last two days in actual fact. And he’s just ridden across the gap. The Bahrain victorious man. That makes three out front. Now goes Remco Evol. Evapole has reached the moment when he’s looked around the group and seen that no one else is going to close this gap. So he’s going to try and do it himself as well. He has with him Matthew Rondell. Matthew Rondell. And that is fellow BB on Red Del. And he’s not going to do he’s not Bel is not going to do a turn. I think Roman Gregoire is on the ropes by the way because he’s just got onto the back of his group. He’s riding well, but if he wanted to, if he could, I think he’d close some of these gaps himself. And at the moment, he’s sat at the back of that group. But the problem is they’re getting tactical up front as well. Alphonso Ulio wants to navigate his way to the back of that. Pavo Civicov will want to keep going because Civicov is the kind of rider who wants to ride a climb like this at a hard steady pace. He doesn’t want the tactical messing around. He squeezes on a little bit more up there. At the moment, the race win is between those three up there. But what are they doing, Hutch? They’re throwing us away by looking at each other. They’re looking at each other. Oscar’s going to go again on the right hand side of the road, is it? Yes, he is. This is the Queen stage of this year’s Lloyd’s Tour of Britain in its 21st edition in the modern era, but a race that goes all the way back to 1945 in its history. But 11 years have passed since we last used the tumble for a finish of the Tour of Britain. And so far today, it is proving itself a very, very fitting finale. But look at this. Remco Ednipol has actually got a teammate with him too who’s helping him out. That is Elan Fanfilda. I thought Vanera would be there or there about somewhere. And Elan Van Vilder is closing up the gap for Remco Evnipol. Watch out for Balcommer who’s moving up the outside too. Elan Van Vilda goes straight past. I think he thought he had Remco with him. I think Vanilda’s on a good day by the look of it. Hutch and Elan Van Vilda is going clear at the front too with one kilometer to go now as well. Pale Bill Bao is bringing up Ulio. Two options in there for Bahrain Victorious and it just comes back together. I have to say pale bill ba looks very comfortable up there and Ramco Evapol has looked very comfortable but he hasn’t had the snap to get away moves forward again and the bunch I think onto the wheel of remcoal um Oscar Rodley fourth wheel again looking comfortable these these guys have got more left there’s no one who’s on no one in this group who seems to be completely on the ropes and we still have Roman Gregoire beginning to look a little bit fresher um just moving up the the right hand side of the the left hand side of the group towards the back. It’s a small group now, isn’t it, Jazz? Yeah. Now, we know that Roman Gregoire is deadly from a situation like this. We’re inside the final. Watch 600 m. Here goes AJ August up the outside. He’s going to try to fly. Joe Blackmore going with him. Blackmore is trying to get on terms with him. AJ August has now attacked three times on the tumble this final time. And it’s going to be down to Pale Bill Bao to try and bing things back for Ulio. He’s got Oscar Onley on his wheel. Onley is a very quick finisher. Pale Bilba is a fantastic sprinter in this kind of environment and I know Joe Blackmore can lift his game when he needs to at the end of a long climb like this. Uh teenager 19year-old AJ August on the front has looked brilliant on this climb. This is the third time he’s attacked but surely you can’t win after that. Pale bow goes now. We’re going to start the lead out for the sprint here like this. Oscar’s locked on. Here comes Remco Evapole. Evapole in the gold helmet. Don’t forget on the gold bike he comes up alongside. Is he going to have enough left? He’s got Tom Globe with him. The South Londoner is following the Brit for Visma Lisa with number 25 on his back. I have to say Tom Globe looks very good from this situation. Here goes Remco Evnipal. It’s the Queen stage of the tour of Britain. But there can only be one winner. Remco Enol goes as the pitcher goes to black. When it comes back, we should find out who’s going to take this. I’ve got a feeling Remco was leading out one or two others. No, he’s going to take it. Remco Eden wins the queen stage of this year’s Lloyd’s tour of Britain just ahead of Tom Globe. Well, he teased us so often on that climb. Remco Eden Paul had teased us. I wondered whether he didn’t have enough left. But unfortunately for everyone else in that group, the class has outed. The double Olympic champion from Paris last summer has reminded us just what it takes to win on a climb like

  1. Lost footage right at the finale. A classic example of the quality offered by TNT. Pay hundreds of pounds a year for this level of amateurishness? I don't think so.

  2. Can we all just stop for a minute and recognise that Brennan came over the line 30 seconds behind Remco, 5 seconds behind Arensman and infront of Geoghegan hart. After beating Milan head on twice in sprint stages in Germany the other week. This guy is an absolute beast.
