    The brake caliper most likely needs aligning.
    Undo the caliper bolts so that it can move side to side, pull and hold the brake lever to set it into position and tighten it back down, it should then be aligned properly.
    If you get rubbing after that in certain parts of the rotation you’ll need to very gently bend the rotor to straighten it

    Loosen the skewer, put the bike flat on the ground and align it, the rotor is touching the caliper. Once you’ve done that, you can realign the caliper

    Pads are rubbing. Take the wheel out, push the pistons back in, put wheel back in, gently pull brake leaver.

    You also need to sort out that QR and tighten it up properly by flipping it over when it’s mostly tightened.
