So i was just finished washed my bike when i ride it got that squeaky noise on the fork and a yellowish kinda grease came out i tried wiping and didnt work maybe i was washing it incorrectly so how do i fix it?

Your suspension is all rusty inside. If you don’t know how to fix it or where it comes from you probably don’t have the matching tools either so I’d recommend bringing this to a bike shop. Your springs have to be removed and cleaned, the fittings have to be removed and cleaned and the whole thing has to be cleaned and derusted from the inside. After that being done everything is lubed properly and put back together. It’s quite a mess to be honest.
You need to service your forks.
When you wash your bike keep any degreaser away from the dust wiper seals.
