While adjusting saddle angle, I loosened the hardware too much and my seat post tube, the whole thing dropped into the seat tube.
I would really appreciate if someone could give me some ideas how to get it out.

Turn your bike upside down & give the frame a tap.
Sometimes this can be a bitch lol
PSA: The seat tube in most bikes is the perfect size to slide a hot dog into. You’re welcome.
take a handful of brake or gear cables. Shove a bunch in lever-side-down, then pull up. They should jam together and let you lift it out.
Might be able to do the same thing with a bunch of USB cables you don’t care about anymore
