I am new to American bike market. It ia a well-maintained Cannondale Synapse 105 with Shimano 105. (it seems to be a model in 2014?) I was wondering if it is an ideal deal to buy it at $600? (Bike Blue Book's recommended price is $300)

btw, it is size 56. I am 177cm, slightly below 5’10”. I was wondering if it is a little large for me?
I could find a similar age carbon bike with ulttegra for 6-800 in my area
