hello, long time lurker, first time poster.
I'm hoping to start my first custom project, and have been keeping my eye on second hand frames in my area. What do you think of this as a starting point? I believe the model is a Horizon, do you think the price is okay? And what would the first thing you do it it be?

Iām working on my Diamondback Ascent restoration/modification/repair (first time as well) at the moment and I have to say I really like the frame and it seems to turn into a solid bike.
Just finished repainting it with hammerite paint after sanding/sandblasting it more or less precise š

I think it could be a nice base to start from and maybe you can get the bike even a bit cheaper by nicely asking the buyer?
Looks like a early 90’s Horizon, I can’t find much info elsewhere. This looks pretty original, I think the price is ok as the condition looks good, always worth seeing if you can get it for a little less.
