Which tires to buy ?

I was wondering which gravel tires should I get ? I've seen mixed opinions about the Vittoria Terreno Dry or Zero, the Pirelli, or the Continental tires…

I live in Italy, so most top tires are available near me, but I was wondering what's the right choice? I'm looking for something that works well on both light gravel and asphalt, and that uses inner tubes (not tubeless) ..the bike in the photo is the one I own, and it comes stock with those tires, which are like tanks and I love them, but they’re very slow, and I’d like to use them only when I know I’ll be riding on terrain that really requires them
