Everything was leftovers from other bikes or unfinished projects, except the front derailleur. That was the only thing not already on hand. Even the cables and housings were used.

Oh, and the chain was bought new. Stripped and freshly waxed for the occasion.
Tires say 700c x 40, but measure just under 38mm tubeless.
Nice build, but that rear tire clearance on the chainstays looks a bit close for comfort to me!
