I don’t know this bike….but from what I can see in the picture ….my guess is no. A pic of the other side would show better
If you want to put disc brakes on that frame you will need to weld a piece for holding brake pads
I have a GT Pro Series 29″ with a rear disc. It has a bracket welded onto the rear on the brake side.
