so my bike’s rear wheel (DT Swiss E1800) got rammed by a dude on an electric bike from the side, and the rim got damaged. Is this salvageable or will i have to replace the entire rear wheel? Would it be a problem if i kept riding with this?

That looks pretty bad, I’m sure it can be trued, but I would check for cracks on the outside (and inside) of the rim.
On the plus side, the disk looks to be okay.
Could just need a truing(not expensive). It could also need other things(possibly expensive). A LBS will be able to tell you.
If the rim doesn’t have any physical damage (bends, cracks, dents), that looks correctable. Certainly looks sketchy at the moment to ride on, but I don’t see why a competent (or even semi-competent) mechanic can’t fix it up.
More wobbly than me after 15 beers
Good . Take it to a shop and they will have it nice and good very fast
Wobble is bad. Don’t ride on it; it will only make it worse. Either buy a spoke tool (there are lots of tutorials online that will help you learn how to true it yourself) or have the shop retrue it. Both options are cheap, and you most likely only have a few loose spokes from the impact. Goodluck!!
Your disc rotor looks like it’s still passing through the calipers just fine. The hub is probably fine. I assume you’ve already checked the rim for actual damage.
Try truing the wheel first. Then deflate the tire a bit, reseat it properly on the rim, and pump back up to pressure. If it still wobbles after that it’s probably a bigger problem. But ask your LBS before you just give up on it.
