Yes, you won’t be able to have a spoke in this hole again so your wheel will never be perfectly straight again.
Ride it but start saving for either a new wheel or at least a rim.

There are ways to fix this but wouldn’t be worth the time and effort judging on the limited info about what appears to be an old and cheap wheel.
Replacing the rim isn’t too complicated but removing the spoke from the hub and re-tensioning those around the missing one will be more cost effective and get you rolling quicker.
If the cost isn’t an issue, new wheel time!
