    Personally i think the way from Hoek Van Holland to Dordrecht is quite boring.
    Why skipping Zeeland? Those Islands are beautiful.

  2. You’re cylcing along or close to highways quite a bit. Check out “fiets knooppunten” for nice routes. Also in Arnhem you can go along the traintrack for quite a bit, that is really nice. The neighbourhood “klarendal” has quite a few cute cafes that are not busy like in the centre.

  3. I also think you should check out “fiets knooppunten” or try planning some segments using Komoot, so you find the nicer routes for biking.

    Quick comments:

    * Near the start you could visit Delft and Schiedam, both very nice towns. Both towns have great options for ramen. Schiedam is known for its gin distilleries and large windmills.
    * I would skip Eindhoven.
    * North of Arnhem you have the Hoge Veluwe national park, which is very nice.
    * North of Utrecht you have the largest castle in the country, Kasteel de Haar.
    * Try following the Amstel river, when cycling into Amsterdam. I prefer it over the Rijnkanaal.
    * When leaving Amsterdam, try cycling towards Spaarndam, rather than cycling parallel to the motorway. Then decide if you want to go through Haarlem, or take a small detour to the Zuid-Kennemerland national park, before you reach Zandvoort.
    * Cycling along the coast will be awesome, especially if you have favourable winds.

    Include Kinderdijk (windmills everywhere), the Dordrecht route is mid. You can take the small ferry at Krimpen aan de Ijsel. That part is cool. Afterwards you can cycle up to Bleksengraaf along a nice canal before heading south.

  5. Nice route! I would personally skip the dip to Eindhoven and extend your loop further north into Veluwe nature Park instead.
