So it’s been 2 days that I notice that when I take my bike out of the shed, the rear tire is way too soft. I pump it to like 23 psi, I do my tour, everything is ok but the day after, the tire has lose serious psi. When I pump it there is zero noise, it don’t lose the air quickly, it’s like overnight, and on this video it’s like 3-4 hour after a little ride, it was ok when I put it on the shed. What is the problem ?

EDIT: when i pump it, there is no hissing noise, no scellant leaking. I can go ride it after pumping it, it will be fine if it's not a long ride i guess, but like i remark it after night.

Tubeless tire lose air overnight/longterm, zero hole on the tire

Check for a leak with soapy water even if you don’t think it’s that. You don’t even have to take anything apart, just get a paper towel soapy and run it along the bead.

Also, put more sealant in your tires. If it’s been awhile, it just might need some more.

  2. Everyone is giving you the same advice. Trust it.

It’s clearly leaking somewhere and soapy water will tell you where it is leaking so you will know what to address.

Some tyres leak through sidewalls. Pump up and lay the bike on the side as flat as possible overnight (so that escaping air plugs micro holes). Will take multiple nights per tyre.

  4. My husbands tire was doing this, no holes to be found. Tightened up the valve stem, added more sealant. Still flat. Turned out he had landed just right on something and barely popped the bead. Like it wasn’t fast enough to blow bubbles with soap, but you could just barely feel it with your finger. Just deflated and re-inflated super fast to pop the bead back in.

This happened to me when I got new tires. I just put a bit extra sealant in them and they fixed themselves after a few days

  6. Just use Muc Off rim tape instead of stans or any of that other useless shit. So frustrating how bad most “reliable” brands rim tapes are

  7. I had this recently. It was the valve. Used a track pump to listen where it was leaking.
Managed to fix it by pulling the valve out more. Must have dislodged.

  8. when was the last time you checked your sealant? it is probably dried out. i had the same problem and i just added sealant and it fixed

  9. Nobody has said make sure the valve itself is tight.

Reef on that locknut! If it isn’t tight it ain’t sealing.

  10. If you spray soap water where the spokes meets the rim,it will bubble if there’s a tape issue for the rim.
