I’m sorry for asking you guys the value of these bikes but I have NO idea. I’m just all over the place. One minute I think 100$, the next 800$. So help me out please.
Also I plan to ride just some trails thru the woods at our local parks and state parks. Any recommendations on which to pick would be great!

They’re both pretty dated. $400-500 tops and that’s assuming they’re in good condition/have been recently serviced, which is usually not the case with older bikes and that can be expensive especially if the suspension needs rebuilding.
But honestly, I still wouldn’t buy either. Bikes have gotten a lot better over the past few years. Look for something from 2020+. Modern geometry, 1x drivetrains, dropper posts, boost hub spacing, etc. has made bikes much more capable.
What is your max budget?
