    Add speed forst. Once you’ve added the speed you want to extend your arms as the bike is coming up the ramp so they are at max extension immediately before the wheel leave the ramp. Dont try to pull the wheel off the top of the ramp, push yourself away from it and the bike will follow you. Equally do the same with your legs, you should be extending your legs as the wheel nears the top of the slope. If youre going quick enough, arms and legs will happen at almost the same instant.

    So squat your body down at the bas of the jump and extend quickly as you reach the top. Youll then be in a position to absorb the landing when you come down.
