Does anyone know what material these mudguards are made from? On Fox's site they state they're made from 100% polyurethane, however there seems to be different types of polyurethane. These are fairly hard but flexible and return to shape. Any info would be greatly appreciated!

I’m not an expert on polyurethane by any means, but you are correct. Fox does say that it is 100% polyurethane.
I have one of these and to me if feels more like a thin piece of kydex,. They are flexible, but not at all brittle. I actually installed mine and didn’t like the color so I flipped it around to the opposite black colored side and reinstalled.
I’d recommend using 4 smaller zip ties on top side pulling the flap up and out at the same time. 2 can be used on the sides wrapped around the fork tubes. 6 ties in total.
Not sure if that helps.
I’ve used thin flexible “cutting boards” I got of Amazon to make some custom fenders for keeping rocks out of my linkage. Think I got seven of them for $12. Works perfect
I like the muckynutz ones, I have a stealth one so you can’t see the words at all, but otherwise it is annoying it still says muckynutz on it, even if you can’t see it.
