I had this! Pretty solid for the money, far from heavy for what it is, about 10kg. Geo is pretty aggressive as it’s a CX bike, so not really intended for endurance, but not crazy as far as these go. I went down one stem size and it was fine.
This said, I hated Apex. But that’s me, some people like it, and it is fine once you get the shifting mechanism. Avid BB5s are okay for mechanical.
Basically yes, for sub £300 it’s a decent bike!
