  1. Gators! I don’t know if it’s enough but it sure is pretty. Maybe just frame it up on the wall. Where’s the rest of the porn?

Does a 3mm (even better if 4mm) allen wrench fit between each side of the tire and the fork? If so I would. Dont forget to check the clearences between the front tire and downtube; between the rear tire (if you oversized it as well) and chainstays, seatstays and seat tube as well.

And importantly, check for any rub marks inside the fork and the places I mentioned frequently!

Some say if a 4mm allen key fits everywhere it’s fine.
On the other hand, if you cannot replace the fork it’s not worth it.

  4. Real answer, probably not. It looks to be 2mm per side and top. Usually you want 4mm per side and top.

If you had to run it in dry weather for a race – give er. But as a general tire it’s not safe. Gp 5000 has 26mm, enve has 27mm. If you hit a nail, and it gets stuck in the tire, it will come around and shred your fork. If you ride in wet or muck, it will build up and rub away the finish over time. Almost every manufacturer puts their tire clearance at 4-6mm per side.

    I hope that helps.
