On this particular bike, yes, because the frame and handlebars are white and black. I like the tan adding some additional color. On more colorful frames I prefer BSWs. Just my opinion.

Is it a white frame or creme/offwhite? Yes, the first picture looks nice due to the warm sunlight on the frame, but the second on looks perfect as black matches the cold white way better.

Usually a big fan of tanwalls but on your bike the black tires look cleaner. With the tanwalls it’s just too much going on.

tbh barely a fan of tan walls ever, but somehow works better with your bike

Tan wall fan here but that bike looks better with black –

Another vote for tan walls here. They balance the frame color and add more intrigue for the eye to roam.

Tanwalls never look “better”

Because your frame is bright. On my purple bike, the cream walls simply didn’t do it, black sidewalls look much better now.

Wow, that’s some crazy low gearing on there. What groupset/combo are you running?
I tried, i backed out immediately after mounting the first tire..
My bike came blacked out stock. I added a bunch of color accents to make it pop more because I really hate black bikes.
Then I went with sticker bomb fenders to make the bike a lot louder visually because I couldn’t stand the black on black
Adding tan sidewalls was way too many colors to my this setup was too many colors. I think it would be possible with black fenders though.

I love tan walls/ natural rubber but after a couple seasons they definitely need to be replaced. They dry up and crack way faster than black wall rubber.

Honestly, after getting tan walls I never want to go back. I think it fits most bikes beautifully and is a nice eyecatcher.

No, the tan sidewalls do look better.

Tanwalls on white frame are appropriate. I should know, I’m in that club.

For me it always depends on the whole colour scheme of the bike. For example my eMTB has an off white / brown-grey_ish frame, most parts black and some purple parts (chain ring, bars, screws, clamps) and a golden chain. On that on, tanwalls look bad, because IMHO it would add too much.
On your bike it is a clear winner. Always good to keep it to 3 colours. Also true for dressing.
