Upgrade recommendations

Hey, I got my hands on this Giant Anyroad 1. I already did some upgrades (1st picture is the current state, 2nd is how I got it), but now I have to decide what to do next and which upgrades I should prioritize.

List of the current parts:

Frame: Giant Anyroad 1 (Aluxx)
Fork: Giant Anyroad Carbon hybrid
Wheels: Giant SX2 Disc 19-622
Tires: Continental Travel Contact

Deraileur, Crank, Cassette: Shimano Ultegra 6870 di2 2×11

Shifters/Brakes: Shimano R785

Saddle: Fizik
Seatpost: Canyon SP0061 (Carbon)

I want to build a gravel/commuter hybrid, but the commutes will mostly be <5km. Any tips and general recommendations are greatly appreciated!
