Hey everyone.
Just installed a Cues 1×11 groupset on my new bike and went ahead and also bought a crankset with a smaller chainring (I plan on mainly doing hill climbs) For some reason the new crankset (Hollowtech II and says it’s for 68/73mm BB’s) is far too wide for my BB (measured in at about 105mm wide, my BB is 73mm wide) Can anyone explain to me what information/standards I overlooked? I’m hesitant to order a crankset again until I know why this one doesn’t fit.
Cheers and thank you

How big is the remaining gap? That Enduro BB should require zero spacers with that crankset on 73mm shells, but it sure looks like you need ~5mm of spacers (what Enduro recommends for a 68mm shell) to remove enough gap to let the NDS adjuster take up the rest.
Did you check the part number on the actual crank set? Looks like it’s meant for an 83mm bottom bracket. Possibly a production error, mis-packed item or a return that someone swapped.
