Have been building bikes for almost a year now, but we mainly sell mountain bikes so hadn't tackled bar wrapping before, left it for the others. Hopefully getting training to become a mechanic soon if all goes well. Is this acceptable for a first timer or would you redo it?

Looks ok, but imo seems a bit too stretched/ thin layer. I would have made it more dense.
Looks good to me. Maybe a bit more overlap the next time. Half/half should be ideal.
Pretty solid! Only spot to improve ist just under the sti where the tape layer spacing decreases over just on layer. If you’re pickie you could criticize that. Otherwise Kudos! Great job!
Apart from the uneven spacing looks perfect. Doesn’t need to be tighter.
