How bad is it, doc? (Any recommended carbon repair shops in the SLC or Park City area?)

I was riding up a technical rock section, going pretty slowly, when my back wheel spun out and I fell over. Unfortunately, my down tube landed right on a sharp rock. (See photo for damage.)

The damaged spot doesn’t feel soft and the coin test didn’t help much.

Is it a crack or just damage of the top coat?

Also, assuming it is a crack that needs repairing, any recommendations for a carbon repair shop in the Salt Lake or Park City areas?
