Help finding the correct name plate and fixing screw

I was recently involved in a crash and my left hand side name plate/ fixing screw broke off. Bike is an endurance cf 7 with Shimano 105 RD-R7100 to be exact. I’ve looked at multiple different websites for replacement and cannot seem to find the correct part. If anyone has had this exact part fall off/ Brake off and knows where to get it I would appreciate it🙏🏽
