I wouldn’t particularly trust that in the long term, especially after borrowing a friends 1Up recently. It’s probably fine around town but I wouldn’t trust it on long trips.

Is it a known brand, reputable? Does it feel solid? You have alot of $$$ in bikes hanging off the back, don’t go cheap on whats protecting them while you travel.
If you have to ask if it’s strong enough, then the answer is no………
