You should post a little bit more information if you want an honest estimation like the year, Etc. But given that it is an ultegra group set I think it’s at least worth $600 😎👌

Looks like it needs a new seat , tire chain , & cassette. Factor all that into your offer .

That’s a mid 2010s silque (women’s) endurance road bike. Original MSRP was around $2800 IIRC.
If it’s in good shape I’d say it’s worth it but make sure to replace the trainer tire on the rear.
