As you can hear in the video, when the front wheel hits the ground there’s some echo or something. As compared to other bikes which produce a solid thud, is this normal? Do note I’ve tightened and greased the headset perfectly and the wheel is on snug and tight. I do run a specialized swat cc headset tool, if that does anything?

Bump!
Try pulling the front brake while doing this. Might be the brake pads rattling
Make sure the caliper mounting bolts are tight
