Hi everyone, I'm asking for your help identifying this frame. The owner is 100% sure it's a Cult Biggie, but I noticed there are no holes to attach the brake, and the "color" left by the dropout welding is missing. I've been searching, but I haven't been able to find any raw-colored frames with these characteristics, not even pre-assembled bikes.
