I’m looking to get a bike for train for a triathlon which I’ve already done with a randonee touring bike but I want something better, not super knowledgeable about bikes and I’m curious if this is a good used one to get assuming it’s parts are all in normal condition.

It’d probably sell for $300 round my parts. If it’s the only thing available maybe but spend a couple hundred more and get something 8-9 years newer
