Alright I need some help how do I get this out? I bought the bike used and my hats are tilted sideways but I can’t get this bolt out to turn the bars back in place my Allen keys won’t catch it because it’s been rounded out. What do I do??

Either there is a Torx bit that just fits right now or you take a Torx one bigger and hammer it in.
