Looking for something inexpensive to ride around my city and also do some light trail riding. Basically just for transportation and exercise. I like the size of the bike as its got 26" wheels and has been upgraded with some good add ons. The seller is selling it for $550 , is this a good deal or should I offer something lower?

A nice enough hardtail, but I think they’re wanting too much for it. Most hardtails around the 2005-2010 vintage are worth about $100. I see that the prior owner put on some newer forks and new tires, but i think you could get more for your money.
