  1. One huge problem with this whole scientific theory… even the “tested group” almost guaranteed had decent steroid usage throughout their career. Simply using steroids at all ever in your life physically boosts the amount of satellite cells in the muscle that are responsible for many functions of the muscle cells including regrowth and repair. But more satellite cells equal faster recovery and more gains than someone who hasn’t ever been exposed. Testing does not and cannot really differentiate this fact. It mainly screens for current PED usage, not past usage. So clearly the data is most likely misconstrued a bit to say the least…

  2. I see dudes in the gym that you can tell were using steroids, they look buff but also have fat like man boobs and love hugs plus the skin on them looks saggy

  3. I think it’s much more.. I’ve seen people on YouTube squat numbers go from 405 x 1 to 405 x 10 on juice. It can go up to 25% increase but an average of 10 is a fair generalisation

  4. Steroxxe isn’t flashy but their stuff feels clean. Got mine last week and already noticing the difference compared to what I used before

  5. BS I was natural from age 14-25 at 26 I did one cycle only as an experiment taking just test prop 5-6 injections a week. My bench went from 100kg to 160kg in 8-9 weeks while not dieting or eating enough food late nights.

  6. The "nuance" of divergence is huge here.
If the guy who asked is on his first year (and a half) of lifting, this 10% can be much more.

  7. Steriod heads always trying to cope lmaooo its way more than 10% 🤦‍♂️ I say 18-25% just by experience but Injury rate does increase if you don't keep diet , warm up and ego in check more than nattys

  8. I've been smashing the gym this summer! Twice a day, hitting new PR's weekly. So jacked!!! Test went from 300s ng/DL to 4500, 20lbs of lean muscle gains! I did start a small stack, just 10% better maybe. It's all hard work!!
