    I don’t know ‘Alize’ chainrings but different teeth can be have different profiles to aid shifting. If it’s not dropping or slipping, I wouldn’t worry!

    It’s normal to have teeth with different shape to help shifting, that’s what these are, not broken teeth.

    Totally normal. The middle ring needs to offload the chain to the bigger and smaller rings, so the shorter teeth help with this.

    Is this by looking at it or riding it?

    If it rides fine, what’s the problem?

    Yes, the square tips are not uncommon. If you look more closely you will probably see a variety of tooth shapes, especially on the middle rung.

  6. I don’t know the shifting aids these guys use but there is no way they got that way through damage.
