I don’t know ‘Alize’ chainrings but different teeth can be have different profiles to aid shifting. If it’s not dropping or slipping, I wouldn’t worry!
It’s normal to have teeth with different shape to help shifting, that’s what these are, not broken teeth.
Looks like its broken. Is there something visible up on the teeths?

Totally normal. The middle ring needs to offload the chain to the bigger and smaller rings, so the shorter teeth help with this.

Yes, the square tips are not uncommon. If you look more closely you will probably see a variety of tooth shapes, especially on the middle rung.
I don’t know the shifting aids these guys use but there is no way they got that way through damage.
