For those who commented, it was indeed a hole in the tire causing me to eat tubes, there was a rim band on there already which I replaced. Gonna swap these tires out with the skidmarks reissues to keep it looking as old as I am. Repacked the bearings and it's feeling great right now!

Killer, recently picked up one of the Taiwanese made Tajs from right before he left to make T1. They actually ride pretty good for being nearly 30 years old.
