Fabulous, Mark!
Fantastic!
I always love your videos, they make me proud to live in the Netherlands. Now if only we could find a way to get rid of cars, at least from the cities…
I wish every city in the world were like that…
I am working to make of Bogotá a better city for cycling and your videos are a important reference to me. Tanks.
Heaven
Thats it,I'm moving from the stinkin oily USA to the Netherlands.I so wish!
Brilliant
Amazing. o/
Greetings from Brazil. We have a lot to learn about city and cycling with you, guys.
Now I realize how priveleged I am to be born in this country. Untill now I didn't know that other countries don't have this kind of bicycle infrastructure.
Door onderstaande reacties is me nu pas duidelijk hoe wij als Nederlanders bevoorrecht zijn om in een land te leven met zo veel fietsvoorzieningen. Iets wat altijd zo vanzelfsprekend werd gevonden.
i love bikes
seeing this made me want to move to the Netherlands! I live in the U.S where cycling is kind of dangerous, especially in my area. I love to bike ride but unfortunately have to rely on cars.
Here's hoping Toronto follows suit, my ride to work is intense and at time downright scary. In Canada the car is still king and cyclists are second class citizens.
Hi Guys!
If you like this channel, be sure to visit mine and have a look at some of my videos.
I film bike rides in Austria with my GoPro and I'm searching for viewers and subscribers that enjoy cycling videos.
Thanks, and see you on my Channel!
Patrik
I love the video's. It is so funny to see my own every day life through the eyes of a foreigner. Anyway, everybody who want to experience the cycling culture in the Netherlands and want to go on a biking holiday: There is a website called " vriendenopdefiets . nl", this website is publishing addresses from private people who are hosting cyclists and hikers on thier journey.
Means you can book your overnights just by private people at home. It is a good way to be guest by Dutch people at home and after a breakfast you continue your trip again. Next to it is much cheaper than a hotel it is also much more fun because the people who host you are doing it because they like to be host. The list of addresses are visable after you became member. We are also a host family since last year.
I am astounded how few people in the video wear helmets. I was not expecting that. I sure wish we had more of that great biking infrastructure here in the US…
If there were a god in heaven, he(she) would immediately get off his(her) cloud, jump down to The Netherlands, take cycling lessons, climb his(her) bike, hike the worthy souls behind him(her) and start pedalling.
One could only wish to live there.😭😭😭😭
El pais de las bicicletas. Ámsterdam para todo el mundo hoy,mañana y siempre. Nederlandse honderd procent 🇳🇱
The smartest nation in the world!. They understood something that the others can't understand..
the bicycle infrastructure is also good for people with a mobility problem that have to use all kinds of motorised wheelchairs.
