I love my Cannondale Topstone but I am not happy with the stem/spacer area because it looks just so skinny compared to the rest of the bike and I would like a more bulkier/aero look like in the other pictures but the main problem is, that most of those solutions require full integrated cable routing and therefore a is56 top bearing which I dont have. Has anyone ever done something simillar with external cables and found a solution?
