If you just type this in google search there’s a ton of options for this frame with horizontal dropouts. Even found this frame with road dropouts. Prolly just a color scheme from a couple of years ago

Your first problem is your searching for Miyata Freedom fixie… You’re not gonna find anything using fixie.. try single speed then look thru the images, I see plenty of them
